These terms govern any story, script, synopsis, or other material you submit to Spherecho Productions Pvt. Ltd. ("Spherecho") through this website. By ticking the consent box and sending your submission, you accept them in full. If you do not accept them, please do not submit.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you are submitting on behalf of a company or a group of writers, you confirm you are authorised to do so and to accept these terms for everyone involved.
You confirm that the material you submit is original to you, that you own it or have written permission to submit it, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. You confirm it is not defamatory and is not subject to any existing option, assignment, or exclusive agreement with a third party. You agree to indemnify Spherecho against any claim arising from a breach of this clause.
Please do not send anything you consider secret. Spherecho receives a large volume of material and cannot treat submissions as confidential or hold them in trust. No confidential relationship, partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture is created by your submission or by our reading of it.
Spherecho develops and receives many projects, and ideas, themes, premises, settings, and historical subjects are not protectable on their own. You accept that Spherecho may already be developing, or may in future independently develop or acquire, material that is similar or identical to yours. You agree that Spherecho has no liability to you in that event, and that nothing in these terms limits its right to do so.
Spherecho is under no obligation to read, respond to, evaluate, return, credit, or use your submission, and may decline it without giving reasons. Submitting material creates no entitlement to payment, credit, or employment. Compensation and rights are only ever agreed in a separate written agreement signed by an authorised representative of Spherecho. Nothing on this page is an offer to acquire your work.
You grant Spherecho a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to read, copy, store, and internally circulate your submission for the sole purpose of evaluating it. You keep ownership of your work. This permission does not let Spherecho produce, distribute, or exploit your material — that requires a separate signed agreement under clause 5.
Submissions are not returned, and Spherecho is not responsible for material that is lost, delayed, corrupted, or damaged. Please keep your own copy of everything you send. Spherecho may delete submissions at any time.
The name, phone number, and email address you provide are used to identify your submission and to contact you about it. Spherecho does not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing. Details are kept only as long as needed to evaluate and administer submissions and to meet legal obligations. To ask what is held about you or to request deletion, write to partners@spherechoproductions.com.
Send a short synopsis through this form rather than a full screenplay. Do not include material you are not authorised to share. Spherecho may decline any submission that is incomplete, unlawful, offensive, or does not follow these terms.
Spherecho may update these terms at any time. The version shown on this page when you submit is the version that applies to your submission.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your submission.
